Is my contract data secure?

How accurate is the AI analysis?
We use Claude from Anthropic, and we've been monitoring its performance closely over the years, and it keeps getting better. Accuracy varies across tasks like redlining, drafting comments, and clause review. We recommend using it as an assistant tool alongside human judgment.
Can multiple team members use the same playbooks?
Yes! Team plans allow you to create, share, and enforce playbooks across your entire organization, ensuring consistent contract review standards.
Do you offer training for new users?
All plans include comprehensive documentation and video tutorials. Team and Enterprise plans also come with onboarding sessions and ongoing support.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export your playbooks at any time. After cancellation, your data is retained for 60 days before being permanently deleted. Full data export for reviewed contracts is available on Enterprise plans and our full CLM product.
Do you use my data to train AI models?
No. Your contracts, playbooks, and any content you create remain entirely yours. We never use your data to train AI models. Your data is yours.
